It is secured to the subfloor with HeatMatrix(TM) uncoupling membrane mat, CableStraps(TM) or hot glue, and then covered with thin-set or self-leveling mortar. Once the mortar has cured, connect the system to 120 volt AC power. The temperature of the floor is controlled with a SunStat programmable or non-programmable thermostat.
